Successful Completion of Industrial Visit organized by the Department of Textile Engineering

Greetings from the Department of Textile Engineering. Hope you are doing well.

It is our great pleasure to inform you that the Department of Textile Engineering has successfully organized an industrial visit to AJ Fashion Limited on 09.09.2022 (Friday). Around 25 students of the 191 Day batch participated in the visit. The team was accompanied by Md. Mutasim Uddin, Lecturer, Department of Textile Engineering, Md. Al Amin Hossain, Lecturer, Department of Textile Engineering and Pradip Datta, Lab Technician (Apparel Manufacturing), Department of Textile Engineering. AJI Fashion Limited consists of five (05) floors where the cutting, sewing, finishing, quality control and Industrial Engineering (IE) sections are located. At first the GM of the group Mr. Maminul Islam briefed shortly. Then the team was divided in five (05) groups and visited various sections in a very organized manner. Finally, the groups met again in the conference room to review the visit and have a Q & A session. Some glimpses from the visit are attached below.
