Department of Textile Engineering Visits the 23rd Dhaka International Yarn & Fabric Show 2025 – Winter Edition

The Department of Textile Engineering at Green University of Bangladesh successfully organized a visit to the 23rd Dhaka International Yarn & Fabric Show 2025 – Winter Edition, held at the International Convention City Bashundhara (ICCB) on January 15, 2025 (Wednesday).

The Dhaka International Yarn & Fabric Show is a globally recognized exhibition featuring leading manufacturers of yarn, fabric, trims, accessories, and textile machinery. This event plays a crucial role in showcasing innovations in the textile and apparel industry across Bangladesh and South Asia.

A team from the department, consisting of faculty members and students, departed from the permanent campus of GUB at 10:45 AM and arrived at the exhibition venue by 11:30 AM. They explored various stalls, engaged with industry professionals, and collected informative brochures and materials. The visit concluded at 1:15 PM, and the team returned to the campus by 2:00 PM.
