Submission of Department wise Students Information through Google Form for COVID-19 Vaccination

You will be pleased to know that the government is planning to reopen the universities very soon after completing the COVID-19 vaccination of the students, faculty members and officials of the universities. To ensure the vaccination of all the GUB students, we have been instructed by the Ministry of Education and UGC to submit all our students’ information at the earliest. The list of GUB students which we previously provided to UGC could not be processed by them due to incomplete information of NID number and current location. Hence, an online form for collecting the necessary information of the students has been prepared on our behalf.
