Successful Completion of Seminar on Studying in Germany for Textile Engineers organized by Green University Textile Club (GUTC)

It is our great pleasure to inform you that the Department of Textile Engineering in association with Green University Textile Club (GUTC) has successfully organized a seminar on Studying in Germany for Textile Engineers on 01.03.2022. The program started with an inauguration speech from Dr. Md. Shariful Alam, Associate Professor, Department of Textile Engineering, Green University of Bangladesh (GUB).

In his keynote speech  Dr. -Ing. Moniruddoza Ashir, Research Associate, Institute of Textile Machinery and High-Performance Material Technology (ITM) and Tutor for DAAD scholarship holders concisely discussed about his research activities. It is notable that more than 130 students attended the seminar. He introduced our students with the newest research topics rising in Textile Field. He then thoroughly explained the procedures for studying in Germany and how to apply for DAAD scholarship.

After the main session, there was an open question-answer segment in which our students as well as faculty members asked different questions regarding technical sides and also higher study prospects in Germany.

Prof. Dr. Nitai Chandra Sutradhar, Distinguished Professor and Chairman, Department of Textile Engineering, Green University of Bangladesh (GUB) wholeheartedly thanked the speaker for his valuable efforts to make the program a success. He also wished to continue this type of knowledge exchanging program from the Department.
