Subject:  Makeup/ Improvement/ Overlap Mid-term Examination, Summer Semester 2022

The Makeup/Improvement/ Overlap Mid-term examination of Summer Semester 2022 will be held as per the following schedule. The students are advised to apply through the student portal.

Date of Examination: 24^th – 27^th August 2022 (Wednesday to Saturday)

Date of Application: 14^th – 17^th August 2022 (Sunday to Wednesday)

Time: 10:00 am-11:30 am, 12:00 pm-1:30 pm & 2:00 pm-3:30 pm

Fee: Tk. 1500 (Taka One thousand and Five hundred) per course for the Makeup and Improvement examinations. Without payment of the fees students are not eligible to sit the Makeup/Improvement Exams.  (No fee is required for overlap Exam)

Eligible students:

1. [Makeup] Missed the Mid-term Examination for any valid reason (sickness, accident or any emergency official work)
2.                [Improvement]Students securing less than 15 marks in a course in the Science & Engineering Faculty and less than 12 marks in a course in the Business, Law, Arts, and Social Sciences Faculties.

iii.             [Overlap] Overlap of two courses at the same time in the last mid-term examination. No fee will be required for the overlap exam.

1. [Reported] Any student reported for unfair means in a course can not apply for makeup or improvement examination. List of the reported students are attached.

Students are advised to download their admit cards from https://studentportal.green.edu.bd/ clearing all the dues to attend the Makeup/Improvement/Overlap Midterm Examinations. Digital copy of admit card will be available online from 17^th August, 2022.
